Do you enjoy some alcoholic beverages? If so what do you drink?

I mostly drink beer and whisky. Beer is usually just Pilsener, mostly Bavaria and Hertog Jan. But if I want to just sit down and enjoy a good beer I'll usually go for an IPA. Houblon Choeffe is my favorite.

As for whiskies I prefer the very smoky ones. I love myself a good heavily peated Islay whisky.
My favorite generally known one is Ardbeg Ten.
Best distilleries IMO are Ardbeg, Lagavulin, Bowmore, Glenfiddich, Springbank, Millstone, Oban, Togouchi and Talisker.
The best whisky I ever had was a French one called Alcopedia Single Malt Whisky Tourbé.

Beer and wine. Can't really stand heavy-alcoholic beverages.

I like my beer strong, usually above 7% alcohol. The strongest I've ever had were a national branded IPA called Imperial F***, 9%, very tasty and Faxe, which had 10%.

As for wine, only homemade and dry or semi-dry. Doesn't matter which color.

Cornish scrumpy.

Kraken rum.

Sake.

But casually I drink ale and ciders.

It truly was a Shawshank redemption

I don't drink too often anymore, but when I do I like either a JD or Malibu & Coke, Sambuca shots (my absolute favourite, but obviously can't have too many), or ciders like Rekorderlig & Old Mout.

I like a good cocktail too, depending on what's in it.

Hmm...I feel like this kind of thread was made not too long ago. On topic though, I don't drink much but I tend to prefer mixed drinks (AKA something that taste good). I have also been known to just drink a whole bunch of shots if I know that I don't have to drive home...or even leave the place that I am drinking at.

Brazilian cocktails, Jack and Coke, Cuba Libre/Rum and Coke, Vodka with fruit punch, or whichever beer happens to be in the draught/barrel.

No wonder you’re a bloody legend.

I’ll take beer over anything. Yes beer.

All I talk about is beer. Lately i've been trying the newest local sour sessions. I'm not sure why I like sour beer all of a sudden, but it's really good. Had a sour Scottish ale the other day, session wheat ale, an sour Saison. Good stuff.

Otherwise if it's being offered for free, i'll drink whiskey clean. Canadian whiskey is good, and I like Tennessee whiskeys with an oak barrel finish.

Depends on the occasion. If I'm out for the night I'll probably stick mainly to beers and hefty amounts of vodka.

If it's an event of some sort and more of a casual night in I stick to drinking Baileys cream, with the occasional cider.

I can't do wine at all though, even just a sip makes me incredibly sick, I don't even get the joy of intoxication first.
